Has anyone had or heard of anything about negative side effects on map sensors (stock and aftermarket) or on electronic boost controllers with water injection? Would pressurized air/water mixtures entering these cause problems?

unless your injecting water through your vacuum lines, I wouldnt think there would be a problem

 

Never ever had a problem. And i injected over 1 litre of water per minute pre turbo.
