Placement of Vari-Cool Controller
I'm getting ready to install a Coolingmist setup with the trunk mounted tank and the Vari-Cool controller. I would prefer to mount the controller on the tank in the back hatch. Is there any need to access this unit once I have it set up and am happy with the settings? Do you guys mess with it a lot?
Only other location would be in the glovebox next to the Datalogit. I guess if I did that all of the serial ports would be together.

i disabled the ***** via the serial port and programmed it that way so even if something hits the ***** the set values wont change. i left it in the trunk and never touched it since. works perfectly. gotta keep an eye on the vaccum/boost and water lines, i inspect them almost daily

thank you for the reply. that's my preferred location also.
i ran my water line through the raceway under the car alongside the three fuel lines. do you think that will be OK? I ran the vacuum line and power through the cabin along the left side of the driver's seat under the door sill.
i don't plan on tuning with the water. it will just be for safety. so if something would happen hopefully my motor would be at risk.
how much boost before you start injecting?
