daily driving with AI
anyone using AI on their DD? if so..
What mix are you using?
are you TUNED with it?
are you running 100% of the time (is it always on activated when the car is on)
how large is your resivoir
how many tanks (gas) -fill ups does your AI last (if you are running it 100% of the time)
my friends use 50/50 and 30/70 mix in their car but they dont have it on all the time... i WOULD like to use AI to tune with the car and run it all the time but im wondering is it safe to run it all the time? (i want to use 50/50)

It's more then safe to run it all the time, that's if you can afford to spend money on all the meth you'll be using. I used to do that and it ended up costing to much. Meth here is $7 a gallon. Now I just run straight water.

Yes it's safe to run all the time. The more its run the more it will protect and clean. I run my system all the time. I run 100% water, and my reservoir doesn't last even one tank with my driving habits and the amount of water i'm pushing. My reservoir is 4 quarts, and i'm looking at getting a larger one soon. With water you dont really have to tune for it. Tuning up for water is essentially running more boost. though you could run more timing and leaner as well, I prefer to tune the fuel and timing the same as i would without water, just in case I ever have a water supply problem for any reason.

how much do you guys go through vs 1 tank of gas? i was gonna use 50/50 (winshield) which is about 2 bucks.. so i figure if i used 1 gallon of windshield fluid per tank that wont be that expensive.. also what size nozzle are you guys running? im gonna be using a .155 (aem's smallest nozzle)
dude- judge from how you stated it, i dont nearly drive my car like you lol its my "dd" (when it runs) so im not constantly on it, in fact, thats one of the reasons why i got ai, to clean up the carbon when im not pounding on it...

How long it lasts depends on your nozzle size and how much your on boost since thats usually when its activated. Under full boost i flow 380 cc per min of water. My container holds 4 quarts or 3785cc so 3785 divided by 380 = 9.96 or about 10 mins of full throttle non stop boosting.
