96-02 black box replacement for rat's nest

None of my searches on this board (or others) has been very succesful.

1.) Could somebody point me to a function reference / schematic / whatever, on the "black box" that replaced the rats nest of tubing. I see 7 connectors on the black box, and there are 7 solenoids on the rat's nest. A one-to-one correspondence between the two would be great.

2.) Is the 96-02 Service manual scanned and available on-line, as the 93-95 FSM is?

Thanks in advance!!!

Is the 1999 factory service manual available over there? There aren't any on ebay.

Thanks,

Jeff

Bummer, <--- (American meaning)

How do you maintain/ modify w/o a FSM?

BTW, Thanks for info.

I've been going to the NZ and Aussie boards lately looking for info.

just get parts from mazda, they can get them but its all done on there computer, most parts are the same so they just use the 93 fsm, but if i do need some pits that are different they do it on the computer.

I've got a '97 RS and I certainly had the 'black box', though its now sitting on my garage floor.
