Spark Plug Selection (E85)

Spark Plug Selection (E85)
I was wondering what heat range spark plugs is everyone using. I'm currently running unboosted with 9's but was not sure whether a 10 or 11 should be used. I would think with the cooling properties one should be able to get away with a 9's. Any thoughts?

I have NGK BR8EIX(Leading) and BR9EIX(Trailing) for up to 20psi on a PT71GTQ. For more boost than that I use the 9's for leading and BR10EIX for trailing.
haven't had any issues so far and my engine is 10:1 Compression. Its up to around 500whp with the 8-9 combo @20-21psi with no issues. I have four LS2 Coils, one for each spark plug and I am now switching the two leading coils to MSD LS2 Coils.

Well it takes a little more energy to ignite the alcohol than gasoline, so I would say no. Besides if you are spending the money to get the 500hp mark, why would you skimp on a $200 ignition box?

All I have is a MSD 6AL and stock TII coils. Getting tuned in 30 days, running 13,440cc worth of injector and two M15 alcohol nozzles, not sure how far that will take me.

Hey Ryan, do you ever have issues with cold starts and/or foul out those plugs?
I got those race ngk 11s and fouled them as soon as it got cold out.
What is that part number for that, Eric?

Any idea what these should be gapped to?
Not gonna run a crazy amount of boost or anything...
Also, where did you guys buy the "thin wall socket"?
or did you modify a regular one?

Im getting my car tuned on this friday with -> W31ES-ZU Denso plugs. Might be a shot in the dark but i found it in a subtitution list with B10EGV. I did consider the IW31 too.
Feel free to come with some inputs but ill know for sure on friday
I dont know much about this but isnt the B10EGV (denso;W31ES-ZU) shorter than the stock mazda NGK plugs? Is this something we have to have in mind while tuning?
(i got 4x1680cc so im not looking for high numbers :/ )
