"i want 600+whp, my current fuel setup is 6 ID 2200cc injectors, -6 feed, -6 return. and a Single Walbro 485 e85 pump. is this enough to get me to my goals?"

E85...

while i will soon have additional data, based on what i currently have, it appears that approximately 6.5 CC/Min of E85 is needed for one rotary rwhp.

you do not mention your turbo and you use 600+ as your objective.

for 600...

600 X 6.5 = 3900 CC/Min NET of lag and IDC.

3900 X 1.35 = 5265 GROSS injector capacity needed

my recommendation would be 4 ASNU/Bosch 1650 CC injectors which would support 700 and offer significant rust protection which can be an issue w E85.

ASNU High Performance Injectors

add a Kenne Bell Boost A Pump run at 16.0 Volts. see post 323. Walbro PN 9000267 E 85 pump. since the BAP runs only in boost you don't have the over re-cycling of fuel. KB changed the BAP and the default is 17.5 V. you do not want the 17.5 V model. they still offer the 13.5 model if you ask. run it at plus 20% which will give you 16.0 V.

recommend dash 8 lines to motor and you can run stock return line and dash 6 at rails.

i like the BREW RX8 idea. what turbo?

Thank you for the educated reply Howard. However, i was asking if my Fuel pump would be sufficient? i'm hesitant to run a BAP, even if it is only used under boost. and i say this because what if it fails under boost? Thank you for the reply tho. Can i reach this goal with a Single Walbro 485lph E85 pump?

My turbo is a Garrett T4 Divided DBB GTX4294r w/1.15
i did overkill on running 6 2200cc injector dynamics, but i did this because i want room to grow, plus i have the Full Funtion Engineering complete fuel kit and Xcessive LIM.

Thanks

you have a 730 (97 pounds air per minute) rotary rwhp turbo. if your wastegate sticks you will need fuel for 730.

6500 CCs Gross will do it.

as to pump, at 30 psi boost, 43.5 base and 5 line restriction or 78.5 you will need 76 gallons per hour so at 13.5 V and the assumption of 6.5 CC/min of net fuel for one hp on E85 you would be O K w just the pump.

this assumes my assumption of the relationship between power and fuel usage. i am sure there is a bit variance between setups/tune etc. others are encouraged to post their power, injectors, and IDC.
