Strange Cranking Issue

Hello,
I am having a strange issue. After the car sits over night, it takes me at least 2 or 3 tries to start the car. From logging the first start it looks like my calculated ve is at 100 when ever it refuses to start and is 160 when it does start. Usually what i have to do is crank 2-3 seconds, turn the key back, crank again and it will start right away. This is without any throttle, car sits in neutral, clutch down.

Can someone please take a look at my log during crank? In this log, there was 2 cranks with no start, and 1 crank with start. The only difference is during the first 2 cranks with no start the calculated ve is at 100 and after the 2nd no start the calculated ve all of a sudden jumps to 160. I cant figure out why it all of a sudden the calculated ve changes. There is also a TPS movement that i cant figure out either since the gas peddle was never pressed.

look at your ECT readings, it jumps from ~100c to ~7c something is not right with that and i bet if you look at your cranking table you will find the calculated VE values correspond with the values in the table for those ECT readings.

Your right! I didnt catch that at all. Hmm, what could be causing this issue? Im running the stock ect sensor. I do have new sensor but the threads are npt and i think the stock sensor is bpt?

I would inspect that circuit and verify what is happening there, could be a harness issue that needs to be resolved.

The file extension needs to be renamed because the forum won't accept alg files.
