Smaller than 460cc primary injectors?

I'm running a na rotary, using the stock 460cc primary and secondary injectors. The Adaptronic select ecu only activates the secondary injectors at 80% duty on the primary injectors, looking at a log, running 12.5 AFR st wot, my secondary injectors come on at 6800rpm, only at wot. Thinking of making my primary injectors smaller, say around 320cc, to force the secondary injectors to come on earlier.

You could use Rx8 Red Primary injectors which are 290cc but you would need to run a top feed conversion. Alternatively which I know is the more expensive route the new Modular ECU's allow you to dictate your staging percentage which is key to optimizing the the fuel atomization. For an example on my Rx8 NA engine (3 stages of injection) I have the secondaries get to max duty cycle as relatively fast as possible then fill in the extra fueling needs with the P2 (2nd stage) and P1 injectors so the duty cycle at redline is 90, 60, 30 roughly.

What's your fuel pressure currently sitting at? I'm surprised at how little fuel you're using.

Free Fix = Turn the Fuel Pressure Down.

I have an aeromotive adjustable regulator, set to 36psi with pump running, engine off. Before the adjustable regulator, I was flowing too much fuel for the stock regulator, resulting in 70+psi at idle. Had to retune my map afterwards. My o2 sensor is in the collector of my header, so is getting readings from both rotors.
