PNP upgraded from v10 - v12 and no cannot boost

I'm stumped, I have gone through and made sure there is no obvious boost leak. But, all I did was upgrade the WARI and Firmware to v12 and the car cannot boost over 2 psi. I did a really quick log and will attach that with my .ecu. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the help in advance. This is on a simplified sequential setup.

Problem solved, just so happened the c-clip for the wastegate had fallen off. I just didn't notice on the last drive prior to upgrading to v12.

And thank you Lowes for having the 3/16" e-clips to fix the issue!

I was going to say its not possible to have that LOW of boost by ecu settings alone. I tuned a BNR stage3 last week, and didn't have this problem on V12 software.. I will post that map in the Adaptronic forum soon...
