I'm just picturing you trying to explain AFRs, compression, and fuel maps to Judge Judy LOL. If the car runs and drives right now, you have no case.
Your best approach would have just been to have the seller buy back the car for the price paid the moment you weren't happy with the compression numbers. All this tuner archeology seems far fetched and you have to remember that every specialist will look at another's work and say it's rubbish. In the end, you ran it at 13.1AFR for a few days...it's not the end of the world for you or the motor.

For the record, running 13.5AFR in high boost and 22 degrees of advance on E85 at around 30psi isn't a matter of a specialist looking at another's work and saying it's rubbish. If you think it is, tuning isn't for you, my friend.
