Eugene, Virus detected in software?

Finally got around to getting my car pulled out of storage today but ran into some issues with this damn ECU, M1200. Tried connecting to my laptop prior to starting and the program opened and connected to the ecu. Before I had a chance to look at any tables it just shut down. The shortcut on the desktop then disappeared and now I have nothing. I tried re-downloading it to reinstall but Microsoft flags the download as it says it has detected a virus within the file. It sees a Trojan file, Backdoor:Win32/hugipon.en. Im not very computer savvy but I don't feel comfortable just allowing the program to run and shut off the security with knowing for sure if its fine or not.

Am I missing something? I used eugene on this same laptop all last season with no issues, aswell as played around with eugene the last few days getting familiar with it again with no issues.

I think I got it figured out. I loaded the files onto a usb drive from another computer and Microsoft security still didn't like a file within it so I just bypassed the security and allowed the one file and Eugene functions now.
