13BT Porting

Talking 13BT Porting

I want to rebuild and port my 90turbo
what type of port job should i do
dose any one have pictures of 13bt ports that have been ported.

13bt 90
3'
air filter
seriesv turbo with to4 cover and wheel
frount mounted intercooler

you cant goo much bigger than standard unless you get a tunable efi system, with your current list of mods, i would say that a good sized extended port would result in a dead engine VERY quickly

can i just pull the exhaust manifold and port the exhaust housing from the side with the engine in the car? if you need more explaination please let me know

The 13BT has limitation on how much you can port it...

How much can you do before you need a Pump,Ecu and injectors?

Ok let me put it another way at what stage will the Rx need a Fuel pump? I know the Fuel should be the first thing done but can you use the stock fuel system with a uprated pump to say 300bhp (flywheel)? or is this a big no no?

You can run out of fuel pump with the stock ports and stock turbo!

Hes almost done with mine (extend port) Ill let you know how it turns out, but so far everything looks great!
