99% sure it's a scam! That's normal when there's no phone number on the ad. If you want to be sure, send the seller an email and look at his responce. It's either over seas, want's you to cash a check, send payment before, or he'll even ship it for free! I'd stay away if I were you! And DO NOT open any files or downloads if he sends any.

also i wasn't aware the FD had a "child safety latch" & "side airbags"

another clear sign its a scam, the scammer doesn't even know what options the FD has
