Both my 93 and my 94 were daily drivers. And they were both reliable.

Mine is my only car. Have put 15,000 miles on it since buying it last November. Only needed repairs have been a clutch when I bought it (it was weak), some rear suspension bushings that were marginal and a radiator last week. Car has over 83,000 miles and is autocrossed hard twice a month.

I've been using it as my daily driver since the brakes on my FC went. No problems, just gas it up and go!

Mine is not a daily driver. It's about 27 miles to work for me, so 60+ miles a day is a little much on the gas tank. I drive a '96 Sunfire most days.

I use mine as a daily driver but that is only because I cannot bring my self to drive any thing else. I love the car so much, I can't stay out of it. I hate like hell putting the miles on it. I just can't help it. By far the most fun car to drive. I have a 91 s-10 truck and a 78 CJ-7 jeep. My jeep has been lifted, has a 383 stroker motor in it (Chevy), and TSL Boggers so it tears the mud up. BUT still does not compare to the FD!!! Once winter come though its back to the ol' s-10. I'm not about to subject my baby to the salt and sand in Kansas.

daily driver? yes. reliable? yes. both answers are true as long as you maintain it the RIGHT way.

Mine will not be my daily driver, when I find the one I am looking for.

I have a Cavalier to beat around in.

Miles kill me... I hate em on my nice cars.

Thumbs up

I've put over 40k miles on my R1 in a little less than 3 yrs.

Water pump needed replacement, and with the small exception of a new motor, it's been extremely reliable .

Seriously, the motor went due to bad coolant seals, but has been bulletproof otherwise...3 crosscountry trips and over 60 passes at the strip.
