I let my problems/maintenance get away from me for about 3 years. The car is currently getting front cover/oil pan re-sealed, new motor mounts, new single turbo, clutch kit, flywheel, ect. I have spent about $500 dollars just on getting the interior back to mint. I am finally at the point in my life that I can actually do some major damage to my checking account.

right now the worst problem my FD has in a blown motor. When i bought the car the motor had about 100k on it. the drivers side seat(leather) is in bad condition. the paint on trunk is oxidizing, the front bumper has some larger dents and scratches in it, I did just purchased a oem one with r1 lip from a forum member. The door panels are a little dirty and the paint could use some help. The gas door also has a crack in it. I bought this car about 2 years ago for 5k. I am sooo glad i did. Though it has its problems, for 5k i cant complain. It lasted me almost 2 years with a lot of miles. Cant wait to have it up and running again. My avatar has an ok pic of it. Doesnt look too bad for 5k.
my car is on jackstands right now, since im pulling the motor to fix some minor oil leaks and other problems, and so the engine bay can get sprayed while its at the body shop. maybe it will be running again by this fall!!

My list of to do (not in particular order):
replace fuel sending unit, fix driver seat, replace stereo system, undo KD anti-det mod, replace cat-back system, replace pads/rotors/lines/fluid, remove emissions, find 99 spec turbo's, fix idle issue, tune, install boost controller, struts/springs, wheels/tires, 99 spec front bumber, pettit hood, sakebomb tails, sakebomb passenger handle, mocal oil cooler, new oil filter pedastal, new shifter, new shifter handle, clean & repaint interior plastics, ignition amp
damn, depression is setting in and I don't think I thought of everything.

Finish 35R setup, tune, paint, eventually rebuild & port, retune on higher boost..... Never truly finished. Tons of little things I will find to do. All a part of the great hobby.
The first mod you should buy for an FD is a daily driver. Second mod, get seasoned in working on your car in your garage.

Def need coilovers, im sure other steering/suspension replacements as well.
Could use a new set of wheels but after i fix the above.
Then rolling my fenders to fit the new set of wheels im thinking about.
I need a new center console as my shifter panel console is falling apart. Shift boot is broke and hanging, middle buttons are hanging as well. It looks soo stupid and ugly lol
I also need to adjust my driver side tail light. For some reason it doesnt properly sit where its supposed to. It sticks out about 1/2 inch so whenever i wash my car, i get some water that goes inside lol
Little stuff that needs to be addressed but i only see my car like twice, sometimes 3x a week, when i do see it, i just wanna drive it and not worrying about taking stuff apart and killing the little time i have with it each week.
Maybe winter time ill get to some of them.

Everything works except the passenger side power window switch (on order). Quit once, I disassembled, cleaned and lubed it, and it worked again for about 2 months. Quit again, I found burned points, cleaned and lubed again, but now it doesn't work at all. Guess it is allergic to DIY repair.
