Because a clogged fuel filter can cause the car not to get enough fuel.
Have you checked the condition of your gas tank? If your injectors were that bad I'd have a look see in there.

Checked the gas tank a of months ago when I installed a new Fuel Pump.
I'll have a look again and order a new fuel filter, just in case.
Also, only 1 injector was bad. The other ones were OK.
You really think something like that could cause the car to idle perfectly for 5min and then die and not start again? :s

Have you checked the PFC to see if it accidently started running a different map? Every time you start it up it runs overly rich and seems like it just gets flooded while trying to move it. Has the car been tuned yet?

Also, if it had reverted to the stock PFC map, don't think It would of started ever since I'm using 850cc primary's.
Haven't gone and worked on the car again yet... no motivation.
