WTF little to no air comes out vents in cockpit
today i fired the CYM up and took it out for a spin and tried to put the AC on. When i turned the fan to the first setting, it was blowing warm/hot air, and hardly at all. I finally put it on the 4th setting and the air barely even comes out of the vents. Whats the culprit? Can anyone add any insight? It's awfully hot here in Charlotte and i need my AC to run top notch. It seems the fan motor is very weak.

Blow up or win
I'm thinking "squirrel cage". As in your squirrel cage blower motor is fried. (that's what it is actually called)
With the car off, have a friend turn the fan motor on, open the hood and see if you can hear it change pitch as they change the settings from low to high and back.
Either that or your ac compressor is shot, all of your refrigerant has leaked out, or you have a squirrel somewhere it is not supposed to be.

Assuming the squirrel cage is the problem, where is it located? How would i go about fixing/replacing the motor? I'd like to do the work myself if i can save a few dollars, but seeing as how pricey Mazda parts are, thats an oxymoron lol. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
