WTF is this?
I was looking for a small coolant leak and I found this. It looks like a tube that a vac line would connect to. It's covered with the blue tape that all the engine openings were covered with when I bought the engine. I installed the reman this past June. Engine runs well, but I apparently I missed something! It's below the throttle body on the drivers side. You can see it's just above the 13B engraved on the engine.

under the throttle body? i was gona say its an old packet of grease someone left in the engine lOL

I believe that's for the PCV system. Get out your vacuum diagram and have a look. I think that's the nipple on the center iron, just below the oil fill neck pedastal.
If it's not hooked to something, you can get some seepy oil mess from that hole. Stock the PCV system vents to the intake.

They apparently had it up to VIN#2401 in 93 then deleted it afterwards. It's on page 1-E3 of the 93 parts fische if you want to investigate.
