OK, the wshuuu sound comes from your BOV, and usualy the time you hear it is when you are crusing in highway or local when slowly accelerating, before the wshuuu sound starts is when you are gently stepping on the gas pedal while at that moment BOV is closing not to alow any air to be bypassed but to go strait to intake so at that moment when the BOV is closing it acts like a big whistle for a secong untill fully closed.

And that's the result of the wshuuu sound you are hearing.

If your boost is not OK and the wshooo soung lasts while boostign the whole time, then you may have one of the problems above... Otherwise don't worry.
Dude, read what the guy just said...

here's a quote from my car's inspection by mazda dealer~~

"Air duct from intercooler to turbo lifts off @ turbo and suck air when turbo engaged"

I think this is my leak problem, can someone interpret it to me?

if you have a stock bov it's probably that not enough air was compressed and there wasn't enough pressure. in other words you weren't going "fast" enough for the pressure to release. so, it released slowley and made that "wushuuu" noise!

wtf? use a screwdriver, buddy. you stick the tip of the appropriate shaped screwdriver into the slot on the head of the screw, then turn counterclockwise. put some elbow power behind that screwdriver, it should come out easily. or, if you REALLY need torque, you can use the correct sized socket wrench with a 10 foot long breaker bar, and stand across the street from your car. that should get it off mAd qU1cK y0!

i have never heard of a clamp that can tightened so tight that a normal mortal man could not loosen it with simple hand tools, except for possibly a v-band clamp on a turbo manifold or something. if there is rust or corrosion or something keeping the screw in the clamp siezed up, try using some liquid wrench or good ol' wd40.

you can do it, put some back into it!

i think he's talking about those cheap clamps that u have to squeeze to get off...i have a few of those in my car and plan on replacing it with the screw ones...just take some pliers and squeeze both ends and slowly slide it..just becareful because it can slip and snap back tight..bad if ur finger gets in the way =X

If your turbos are not new, you should find oily liquid spray coming from the offending coupler...

He means that as turbos get older, the blow some oil into the IC. If you have a bad coupler (with some old turbos), you might be able to locate the leak by looking for some oily residue that might have come out through the leak.

hahahaha sorry sheepdin, i was tired and thought you were lame for not being able to loosen a screw clamp. you have to go to your local hardware/auto supply store and buy the widest adjustable tooth pliers you can find, that should do the trick. good luck fixing your leak.
