Get your stock secondaries bored out by RC Engineering to 1300cc. Reinstall the injectors. Make adjustments to your PFC or other stand-alone ecu. You're done. Chris Regan has a nice write-up on his site:

Just wondering how much it costs to bore out the secondary injectors, does anyone know. Also how much does rc charge to balance and blueprint the stock injectors?

You will need a stand alone type ecu to run them if you don't already. A chipped ecu (M2, Pettit) won't know that you switched them and will still flow at the same rate and flood the motor.

I have bored out RC injectors (850s to 1300s). I have had zero problems. I bought mine from http://www.rxecret7.com/index.html so that there would be no turn around time.
