A fiberglass cover over the stock intercooler. May work with a SMIC but i don't have one to take measurements from.

Since the factory IC already has a full duct and shroud that fits perfectly and looks nice, I fail to see what your goal is.

I understand where yall are all coming from. Its more for aesthetics since their is a shitty looking gap when you take off the stock plastic piece once you upgrade your intakes. An upgraded intercooler is not to close to the top on my lists of things to do. I was just wondering if anyone else had a story like mine to want to do have this.

Seems like a waste of time to build a nice duct for a shitty stock intercooler.

although i would have no need for it, nice job so far anyway. its great to see members trying to be inovative and doing new things/designs on thier own to help thier 7. remember, when trying to create a new improved product, functionality comes before form. making it look sweet is always a plus but if it doesnt perform better then whats the point. looks like you got it under control, kudos to you and everyone else who helps bring new things and ideas to the rx community.

Damnit. Well what would you guys want to be built from fiberglass. If i have the fitment i can probably make it. Cmon you guys im only 16. I do have a nice 2 weeks off from school. I guess ill just make one for me. Then if anyone wants one or if you guys know of anyone who does tell them to contact me. I want to have at least 5 people say they want one before i make a mold.

Oh, and level thanks for the comment.

I'd have to agree with adam on this one. Doesn't the plastic shrowed do the same thing?
