won conservative class at nopi!

just thought i'd gloat a little. i showed my car at the nopi nationals in atlanta this past weekend. there were some really nice FD's showing. i didn't get to see all of them, but i was happy with the amount that showed this year versus last year. and yes, i know that nopi is typcially ricer haven, but i just did it for fun and got a little something out of it

Yeah one of my friends secured a tent that was blowing around your car. He said you didn't even say thanks and you acted like you were too good to talk to him. You kind of hurt his feelings.

both of those are very nice. Looks like the silver especially put extra time and money into it, and it shows.

Congrats but dont know how your car is "Conservative" You do have everything done to it other than a widebody kit. Either way it is a beautiful car.

i was around my car maybe a total of 30 minutes each day, so i highly doubt that i was the one that acted rude. i never saw anyone grabbing a tent near my car, so tell your friend i'm sorry, but it wasn't me. i had several friends near my car all day tho.

conservative is considered anything without major body mods like body kits or huge wings. my car is 100% all oem body components. the only non-oem exterior item on my car would be the wheels. i don't see how lowering a car and putting an aftermarket set of wheels on a car would throw me out of the conservative class

your car definately deserved it. Id rather win the conservative class then any of the other classes. Im more into making my car fast then making it pretty. Hell, it already is pretty.

i didn't wanna spend the money on the '99 stuff, but i felt the old exterior was kinda bland and i despise most body kits. however, the car is pretty quick right now not much more i can do performance wise

here's the only pic i took at the show. i figure i see the car all the time, why take a ton of pics! lol
