Wired connector attached to ignition

Anyone know what this is for? Is it stock or an aftermarket piece?

It looks like I might be able to bypass it and the wire colors are different making me think it might be aftermarket. It had a three pin connector attached and three plug in type connectors too along with the normal bypass part. I don't remember unplugging anything from it when I removed the flash but I could be wrong?

Looks like a turbo timer harness to me. They typically insert behind the ignition barrel and give an offtake for a turbo timer to attach. I just found one in my car and removed it. Google "turbo timer patch harness" for a photo that should match up to what you have there.
