Aftermarket mirrors
I see some fc with mirrors that are tight to the car without the hole in them. Just wondering where I can find some options. Or are they a custom mounted thing? I know most mirrors are just 3 bolts and I don't care if they aren't power.

Some S4's- I think the base models- have "solid" mirrors, no holes.
If you find some manual models, be sure to get the interior trim triangle and adjusting lever but it will interchange with a power model, no problem.
There are also Japanese tuner mirrors that are very shapely and hug the body (not sure you can actually see much, but...) and they show up for sale fairly often (probably after the buyer realizes he can't see ****...).
Because they are JDM rarities, they can be very pricey.

I believe the OP is referring to something like this? Attachment 576184
As Clokker said, they're Japanese tuner style, I believe RE Amemiya is the original and most common.

The attachment doesn't work.
I thought they might be a poor viewing, but this isn't my dd so I'm not worried about that. Might see what the s4 look like for options.
My passengers mirror was ripped off when I bought the car, so I am looking for replacements either way.

Just view this link. It discusses who makes the mirrors, what versions there have been, how awful they are to see out of, and how sweet they look.
