Wire broke off connector

The wire to my oil pressure gauge broke off its connector. Whats the best way of re-attaching?

Wire to oil psi gauge is a soldered connection. Wire from oil pressure SENDER has a spade type connection. Simply remove the stock connector, throw away, crimp on a common female spade connector and re-attach.
