one of 4 things.
1) the winshield washer pump could be going bad.
2) you may need to clean out the squirters
3)take of those gay *** cobra eyes and put the stock ones back on
4) you need to switch over to synthetic washer fluid.

yeah, what the heck is the cobra eyes?

Stick a tooth pick in the spray nozzels, they are prone to get clogged. After that, look into the washer pump. Don't know more info about the pump but it should be close to the passenger side by the firewall if I had to guess. Check out the parts fiche on mazdaperformance.com to see exact location. Mazdastuff.com, mazdaperformance.com and gallery group are all good discount mazda parts source.

cobra eyes. you know those VERY COOL indiglo windshield wiper squirters that every honda and mustang has. the pump is usually located just below or to the side of the resivoir. i imagine it should be an easy swap, then again, this is an rx7. spark plugs took longer than i imagined.

The windshield washer tank & pump, is located on the drivers side, under the fwd lower half of the fender liner.
You can buy a replacement OEM pump at most auto parts stores for $25-$30. It's one of those parts that is used on other models, not FD specific.
Take about 1/2 hour to replace.
Once you access the tank you will see the pump attached to it.
Disconnect the connector & run a wire from the battery & double check that the motors dead. Hook a meter to the harness connector & check for voltage.
Double check the rubber hose from the pump to the elbow on the hood to see if it's plugged or kinked. I blew the hose clear with a compressor.
You can use a sewing pin to clear & adjust the spray pattern of the nozzles. Tooth picks are too big & soft.
