HID beam is narrower than the OEM light. So it's a trade off. Either a more narrow and focus beam pattern or wide spread beam pattern.
7000k is a bit too much. I can bet you will stop by a cop the min you have the lights on. No one in hell on the on coming traffic will see anything ahead.

Dude, what is that beam pattern all about??? You seem to be getting some crazy dispersion..might be the outer housing..but with a clear housing, this is what the beam pattern looks like on my VW Passat..
Mount both the lights and try to find a parking garage or a wall at night and shoot the beams onto the wall from about 10-15 feet away..see if your pattern looks anything like mine..
The beam cutoff is definitely extreme with HID's, you have light undearneath it's 'horizon' and absolute darknes above it..

Anyone have the HID's with high and low beams? Can you drive over 80 mph and still see whats in front of you?
Since, I'm doing tires, coilovers, ecu, tail lights, and just about everything else right now, I might as well go an do the head lights as well. Or wait for Jim's lights.
