i have seen a really big FMIC(i thought it was the biggest one designed for FD) and it was:

23.7 inch x 11 inch x 3 inch

ur one is slightly bigger...

 

I fitted a bigger one than that on my FC so you should be OK

 

The inlet/outlet locations might be a problem, but the actual size should be fine, you'll just have to trim your bumper cover.

Just keep in mind that you're not gaining anything by running a super thick single core IC. The purpose of a thick IC is so that the air makes multiple passes. Otherwise you're just inviting boost drop and heat soak.

 

took the words right out of my mouth. i have the APEXi GT Spec intercooler (originally for the stock twins but using it with a single) and the inlet/outet are on the top since its such a wide core. there is less then 3 inches of room on either side. you should be fine if you don't mind a lil cutting of the bumper cover as long as you have the proper piping to route it down and around...

what kind of intercooler is that?
