Will I fit?

I was an original owner of a '79 and recent owner of a Honda S2000. I am looking at getting a '93 model and before I get all excited about it I wanted to know if I would fit.

Back in the day I had no problem with the 79 although I can remember my knees up near the steering wheel. My S2000 was a bit tight but it didnt bother me that much. So at 6-2 and 190lb what do you all think?

thanks

yep. Im 6 foot 4 and 210lbs and i fit ok.

If you have any problems, install the uk spec (or rather non jap spec) seat rails as they are longer and allow the seats to go back farther.

The only problem is the large steering wheel. You will find it rubs. Easy swap!

i think 94+ USDM fds also have the londer rails. i compared my 94 rails to a 93 and the 94 slides back maybe an extra 2 to 3 inches.

you'll be able to drive it with some work, but it's not a good fit for you. I'm 6'1 my self. To drive it on the street, you'll need smaller steering wheel, and hub extender, this means you lose the air bag Also your head will be dangerously close to the roof, making it more risky in a roll over accident.

With the stock seat, there is no way you will be able to fit a helmet on there, so if you want to do track/autox days, you'll need to get a lowered seat, something like Bride vios3 cost around $800-1000 with bracket.

Just try one out. Height alone is a useless measure of whether you'll fit. Steering wheel size, sunroof/not, seat type, your leg length all determine whether you'll fit.

You can fit with the stock seat, might need to tip it back a little. I would say anyone over 6:3
will have problems. oh I am 6:2 215

If someone 5'10 is having a hard time in any car there is a major design flaw!
5'10 is the avg American male height.

I'm 6'1. I fit fine into my FD. Even with a helmet and a sunroof. My only problem is that my legs are a bit long to heel-toe easily.

I am just under 6'5 and I can't drive my car with thick soled shoes, like my bball shoes. So I have to take them off every time I get in the car. I also cant get into my car when the hand brake is pulled up. BUT I have the the original steering wheel. When I have had a sparco wheel the probelm is much reduced.
