Yes, provided it matches the emissions status of your car -- California model or non-California model.

I live in CT, so I can use any model provided it isn't from a Cali FD?

It doesn't matter where you live, what matters is the original origin point of your car.....

I understand that. My car's origin is New Jersey. I know Cali has strict emission laws, therefore I should be staying away from FD's originating from Cali, right?
