Petit said that they've seen cases where the 94 ECU on a 93 car didn't work so they were strongly suggesting I not try it unless I had a California car. My car is originally from California so I gave it a shot. Turned out to work fine, and I haven't had any problems with it.
You should give them a call if you have questions. They are excellent people to deal with. They had no problems answering my questions about the ECU even though I was getting it used from someone on the forum.

Should be fine..
Like Mahjik posted..
the difference are that:
93 non cali versions do not have EGR sensor that ECU checks..
93 Cali ECU do check.. which in 94 or 95 cars all have ECU checking for EGR sensor.
So, to answer your question, you first need to see if your car is Cali or non- cali 93.. if its 93 cali.. than it should be fine for 94 and 95 (I'm 100 on all 95's with EGR sensors, not about 94)..
otherwise, the person who buys it will have check engine light coming on..
Hope this helps.. Only reason I know about this is because I had Cali 93 M2 Stage 3 ecu.. my car is non-cali car.. so, i have check engine light..
Oh.. wait.. so if you have non-cali car.. it should work with all fd's.. since it will not check or EGR sensor..
so either way it should work with 94.
