Widest Point's Width

Odd question but does anyone know the exact width of the FD at the widest point... the mirrors possibly or the rear fender not sure whats wider.

the measured width that i have, that was taken from consumerguide is 68.9 inchs. i would assume this is measured from around the rear tires as the width of the mirrors if wider doesent really matter that much...

Well see we built a little side garage for the harley but the garage is real long and i was gonna try to fit my car in there :P The door on the garage is 6 feet wide... so if the widest part is 68.9 Ill have about 3 inches to spare lol

Sounds like it might be a little tight trying to get out of the car after getting it in. I guess you can go Dukes of Hazard style.

Well fold the mirrors in and measure them. You just need a helper and a couple of yardsticks.
