thanks for the response, good deal. I remember you ran low boost on the 85R set-up...just wondering if you had intentions to squeeze a little more out.

sounds like you are looking for better spool with the BB CHRA. (I'm not a big power guy either)

Nice. Looks to me that the car may have a ravenous appetite for Vipers.

yup, they came with the care when i got it a few years back. they have seen a lot of action :-)

>>Sweet looking car, though I like the CCW Wheels far more

It will ride on ccw rims all the way around in full track trim, I am waitin on my new ccw fronts to come in as the old set have been converted to the wider rears, so my backup rims (kenesis) I am temporarily using as fronts :-)

Acura Integra Club?!

You should put it off till the next weekend, and hit the Mercedes club, or Mazda Drivers, or both. I'll come down and meet you guys... Fritz and I have been talking about events anyway.

Had to have one rebuilt last year. but think of this.... they already had track miles on them when i got the car, then I put over 60+ track events on the car in the past few years, including the OneLap of America marathon and 2 full nasa seasons, the last one running both TTU (timetrials) and SU (full on racing). So yeah, I should have had to rebuild them 5 times over by now :-) ...so they are pretty solid concidering what I out them through. At this point I really need to send them all in to get rebuilt and valve matched.

dood, you should have me build you a track FD :-) out of all the people I can thing of, you would be one of the very few that would truly appreciate all the little details and nuances to make it a happy track beast :-)

Ahh yes, Bob is the tire guy for sure... I just loaded up on dunlops from him....ohh I loooove those dunlops!!! WHOOOT!!

yeah, ITR club, I have instructed with them in the past at MAM and they invited me again. The main reason is the date, it sits between NASA race events for Andy and I, so it makes a trip as far as VIR possible for us. Any other dataes either conflict with NASA events or are to close to them for us to pull off such a long trip.

Damian,
If you're serious when I break this one I'll send it you

I was changing the oil last night and noticed whoever installed the FPR put on some coolant hose/non fuel hose variety that was ballooned cracked and leaking

I'm so lucky this thing didn't catch a fire the last time I tracked it.

The diff was leaking a little and probably didn't have enough fluid in it so I cooked it. The trans bolt is leaking so now I'll have to check the level in that. However overall it's a good car and I got a REALLY good deal on it from a cool seller so I can't complain too much.

Yup, I love those mounts. But make sure you make a heat shield for the one by the manifold, incase you spring an exhaust leak :-)

>>Damian car looks insane. Going to do the One Lap again this year?

sup man, I really wanted to do it again, but dont have the time or funds this year. But I have my eye on next year for sure!!

>>whats the little black thing on the roof of the car? right in the center, just above the windshield.

here is the my write up thread ->

>>damian,When ever, if ever you go to autobahn again let me know. It was nice meeting you there even though I didn't get to see you run.

Hey brandon, I'll be there on these dates: July 21-22 for NASA races, September 29-30 with Shelby club oppen lapping, October 8th NASA races.

>>Damn Damian, your car should be a centerfold or a poster for every kid to drool over at night.

hahah, thanks.....i must admit ... ssometimes I want to just jump on top of it and.... uhhh, neverminnd ;-)

>>Freakin` AWESOME Car! What kind of setup are you going to run?

Well, same as i did before, just with a few minor changes :-)
Im just being a smart azz, that is really a loaded question, I could write and entire thread just on 'the setup'....so can you be more specific?

>>Car looks great Damian! Will you be taking any passengers at the fbody event at ra? If so pencil me in for a ride

Sup TG!! yeah i will be giving rides if i have my passenger seat in, I take it out for proper corner balancing for the races, but I plan to have it in at any open lapping events and sometimes I get lazy and leave it in :-)

>>Can you please get some new vids with all the new gear up on your site! Your car is AWSOME!

I will, just need to hit some events with the new gear :-) I'll have some good footage wo work with after my mam event.

Do you happen to know if the lenses in there are 90mm or 60mm diameter?

Many thanks again
