It won't even turn on the dash lights or dome light but it will crank and not turn over. I have tried jumping many times. The only electrical things i can get to work are the headlights (but the dash lights don't come on when i turn on the headlights) and the car will crank but not start. I have never had any problems like this before. Please help!

 

Just to give you some background, I was doing some A/C work behind the power steering pump and maybe some wiring got jostled or something? What is back there that could cause this?

 

Check all the main fuses under the hood. Sounds like you blew one.
