Should the current Map in the Power FC have the same file name as the data file in FC Edit that was used during the "Write All"?
The new Map in the Power FC shows as Unsaved Data when I do a "Read All". It's been a few years since I last used the FC Edit, but if I remember correctly the current map in the Power FC should have a data file name other than Unsaved Data. Right?
I searched the forum, read the FC Edit manual and could not find an answer. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

it says unsaved until you save it because it has yet to be saved

 

I saved it in FC Edit before I did the Write All to the Power FC. Did I miss a step in the process? I went as far as initializing the Power FC and writing the file to it, it takes the file but would not take the giving name in FC Edit. When I do a Read All it shows as an Unsaved file. I try saving it again in Fc Edit and doing a Write All, but when I read it it comes up as unsaved data.

Just to clarify, the data file saves in FC Edit fine. My issue is after I Write it to the Power FC (ECU) and do a Read All it comes up as Unsaved Data. Is that the norm or should the Map that was writing to the power fc have same name as the data file in FC Edit?

Every read all action will give you what you are getting. There is no issue here
