Ok my car is really pissing me off at this point.Certain times i will drive and it will be perfect no surging.Then sometimes i will shut it off and leave the car for a little bit.Thenb i will start it up and it will start surging.I am using the power fc.

are you running too rich on the power fc? running too too rich can cause it to stumble etc. I'd check your maps and see what's going on.
