Both your coolant and your oil lights are on? But there's no buzzing? Are any other indicator lights on, such as the brake light or ABS?

Low battery voltage I bet.

Does it go away if you rev the engine up?

Yes indeed. Go get your alternator and battery tested at Advance Auto or Autozone or wherever they do that locally.

When my charge light was on after draining my battery (left the hatch open for many days and the light was on), the oil and coolant lights were glowing as well, slightly dim though.

Not sure why it does this, but I bet fixing your alternator/battery voltage will fix the problem. Charging my Dry cell battery made them go away.

its a sign of low voltage, mainly due to a bad alternator.

happens on all cars when the alternator is getting ready to die, battery alone cant support the computer and the engine and all the sensors so the sensors start bugging out from having a bad voltage supply.
