Why I do not own a BMW, Porsche or Corvette

BMW Not a rich ******* with Dads money and the brains of a lower life form.

Porsche I am happy with my dick and do not feel the need to buy a german one

Corvette I do not wear enough of gold jewelry thus not not feel the need to accessorize

Why I have a FD... these ******** have no idea what I have AND I got the only one in the parking lot. That right I am a snob!

It's that's right btw and what is the use to vent?

BTW being rich is only relative. Maybe someone with 2 Million $ is rich to you. Maybe someone who makes 100,000$ a year is rich to you while only someone who has more than 10,000,000$ or more is rich to me.

You should respect vehicules such as the M3, M5, GT3, GT2, Turbo, and C6. Not all FD owners are good/cool/logical people.

I think you are just jealous.

If it relates to this at all I saw a pretty decent looking woman driving a GT3 today...wow that nice to see..problem was she was on a cell phone...why do amazing cars like this go unappreciated by women who are just ****** for money? People on cell phones **** me off as it is, this just brought it to a new level...

Anyway, every type of car has its ******* percentage some cars are higher than others - examples : Vettes and MBs ESPECIALLY MBs (******** think they can do anything they want because the own a mercedes..especially the crowd that owns the cheap ones - C class comes to mind.)

I dont hate these people as much as I hate the people who know **** about cars and bow down when they hear a marques name even if it is just a C230 or a 10 year old 323. I hate how someone would think a Mercedes is a better car than say the RX7 simply because its a mercedes..

While it's true that some cars carry a reputation with them, why care. I like RX-7s because that's what I like. I don't really care what anyone thinks. I didn't buy into RX-7s' to try to impress someone.

I also like the corvette, porsche, and BMW. I prefer an RX-7 mainly because I'm fascinated with the Rotary Engine, and the styling of the RX-7 (even the 1st & 2nd gen models). Every car has pitfalls because it's a man-made machine. If materialistic people bother any of you, just ignore them and move on. Why should it be an issue that someone saw a pretty girl driving a porsche and talking on the phone. Some people that own RX-7s' bought it to help with the ***-factor. If it really bothers you, then go buy a beater and take a girl out on a date in that car and quit trying to impress them with a sports car.

Don't be upset that the sports cars made by those companies would wipe the floor with your FD. The only thing you'd even have half a shot at would be the M3.

hey he didnt say WHICH porsche bmw and vette! our car rules! we can beat most of that ****! hahaha

i have to agree with everyone...i love vettes but there are a lot of strupid people that have em. fact is for most people cars are nothing more than a status symbol.

most of us can appreciate their cars more than they do! as long as we love our babies who even cares. WE know we`re cooler hahaha

Well, seeing that I'm a tech at a Benz dealer and am constantly doing roadside service, I will have to agree that alot of the C- class owners are asses. Especially the ones who are first time owners. Then again, I get my share of ******** who are owners of other class MB's and, let's not include the Maybach! In my experience, the more money, the more of a baby they are (most of them). As far as Mercedes being a better car, since Chrystler came on board, they have went down hill. Benz is the first and oldest car maker though. Alot of the technology alot of these other manufacturers are boasting about and making commercials to make the public think they came out with something new, Benz had them in their cars a long time ago (keyless go, rain sensing wipers, ambient light sensing, park assist, ect, ect).

You don't own an FD, do you?? Why don't you check the audio/video section to see guys posting video of turbo Porsches getting waxed.

Dude, you need to stop hating. Not all people buy those cars as extentions to their dicks..... A lot of people buy bmw because they are pretty much the best engineered daily driver cars on the planet. They are stylish, practical, they dont break down often, they are comfortable, they run forever, they are fun to drive, and they hold great resale value. People who drive porsche usually have a lot of disposable income and they want an all around great car, that was also almost perfectly engineered.

I dont think you realize how many FD owners also own bmws, vettes, MBs and other expensive cars.

My daily driver is an AWD Audi (although not terribly expensive). I dont have it as a status symbol, i have it because audi's quattro system is amazing in Central NY winters, and because it doesnt give me the problems that my FD gives me....Not to mention, the car is a lot of fun to drive (especially with snow on the ground)

My suggestion to you, would to just relax and be happy with what you have.

I do own an FD. That's how I know it takes easily 10k into an FD for it to wax a turbo Porsche that comes that fast out of the box, only for you to blow your motor within the next 6 months.

No, really I am a snob....really. I decided to get a car that was so exclusive that it was a certainty that I would be THE ONLY ONE......WITH ONE.

Think about it.

You don't need that much money to do the job. I know guys with stock turbos running non-sequential, exaust, dp, intake and re-tuning waxing porsches. If you are blowing up your motor within 6 months after all that work, you need to stop ******* the crap out of the car or, find someone that knows what they are doing when building the motor.

Damn...Need another glass of Hateraide????

All three of those companies make amazing cars. No need to hate on them because you can't afford them or for some other stupid reason. I don't understand all the steriotyping that goes on with some cars. If you were a real car guy you would appreciate a car for what it is, not who made it.

ROFLMAO. Boy did you blow it if you bought a BMW for reliability. Mercedes, BMW and Audi seem to have an annual reservation for almost every model they make on the Consumer Reports list of cars with the worst reliability. If you really want reliability forget about anything made in Europe, you'll have to look to Japan. Lexus, Toyota, Honda and Acura are what you want. Most of the other Japanese manufacturers seem to be no better than American manufacturers.
