why do my headlights....

look like this? (the diagonal beams going up and to the right) I notice it when i'm driving too. Not really a big deal, but i've never been able to figure out why.

i'm in vallejo. i can adjust the lights up and down, but the beam just moves with it. Maybe something inside the headlight assembly? Looks all clean to me. I was too lazy tonight to open it up.

It's a beam pattern so you ca see what is on the side of the road at night.

My car is RHD and the diagonals o in the other direction.
