ok so i saw a sick *** rx7 with 300zx headlights.... i tried searching but i may not be using the right words.... sooo has anyone ever seen this conversion i think it likke HAWT!!!

i agree will take the stock looking fd or a stock fc over that conversion but have you seen this sick looking diablo with the 300zx headlights

 

yea i see waht you mean but .... i really want to do this swapp...i personally like it.
its something that hasnt really been done so much. and its always reversible..
and dude that diablo does look nasty.. i like it . kinda funny that civics get lambo doors and lambos get nismo lights..

 

yeah the diablo has always used nissan headlights. they just cover the logo with a piece of carbon so lambo owners don't throw a fit. also the older lotus esprit used tureno tail lights

 

So fugly.

 

The 300zx headlights look to be a good deal larger than the stock pop ups or even the RE sleek lights. I think they overpower the front end of the FC, however, the Diablo has adequate open space on the fenders to carry these large headlights. With that being said, I would imagine you have to cut into either the frame/hood/bumper or a combination of the 3 in order to get the lights to fit. Just keep that in mind before undertaking this type of project.

 

man that does look sick with the 300zx lights and u never have to worry about a headlight motor going out haha

 

I'm all for originality but they seem kind of large?

 

not good looking at all on the fc for me but do what makes you happy, theres a better thread about this topic tho with pics of alot of light conversions that you mite want to look up..
