I just wanted to send you guys a quick update on the situation. I tore it apart and found one of the inner water jacket seals in the front rotor was broken. I purchased new seals from atkins (oem) and finished the rebuild last week. I put the motor in this week and now I'm just doing some final wiring and stuff. I upgraded my rad hoses to silicone from Racing Beat and also changed out the thermoswitch to the 92 style for the fans to kick on earlier. And say goodbye to the Ast. changed out a couple little sensors. She'll be running again this weekend. Will update. btw does anyone know if the water level sensor from an 86 will work on the 93? I know the wiring plug is different, but it looks like it has the same threads.
