KBD 99 Spec Front end?
that bumper is made from the same mold as rotary extreme, pettit, raceon usa, yada yada. You can pretty much bet that any polyurethane 99 spec plateless bumper comes from the same mold.
Do a search under rotary extreme 99 spec plateless bumper if you are interested on the history of this.
