That's question has been asked before. It's an aussie car. That photo was taken for an aussie mag as well. No the member isn't on the forum I don't think. If he is he hasn't spoke up before. If you transfer this to the australian forum, maybe one of those guys can tell you more.

Yes the girl is fine she is not dropping coins though I think she doesn't want to put too much weight on the car as she is obviously sitting on the wrong part.
