I wonder if the 3rd gen alternator pulley is a 2nd gen dual belt pulley for a 3rd gen alternator. Using a 3rd gen alternator on a 2nd gen is a popular upgrade but requires a different pulley. There was a guy in Europe that sold these 2 varieties of rotor shaped 2nd gen pulleys. He did NOT make a 3rd gen pulley though.
