Really? OK, make it a transparent plastic gas can. They sell them at race tracks, so I know they're available.

 

I got somewhere in the vicinity of 140,000 miles on my 7. I have no idea how many miles i've gotten out of my motors. I stopped keeping track as it was too depressing.
When I put my next one in at the end of this summer, i'll keep track.

 

Makes you wonder how many people simply quick reply without bothering to read the thread...

 

my dad has 133 000 miles on his touring 93, 2nd engine .. with nearly all bolt ons.

110,000 on first motor. have 3,400 miles on my second motor.

At every gas station in CA, and perhaps other states are these stickers where they have various "reminders" of what not to do and one of them is using a container not designated for gas.

Other stickers include shutting off engine, not smoking (I've seen people do this one), not using the cell phone and I think I may have forgotten a couple.

 

I guess ADD, short attention spam, and other such syndromes really do exist.

Then again, people may look for post count bumps.

 

Well, if u use holy water for the cooling system and CNC Mill a frozen bible for replacement gaskets.......
