From my experience when you pull the lights apart make sure the old adhesive is on the light an not the housing or else it doesn't set right an leaves holes sometimes.
Or you can use new silicon how ever there alot harder to get apart with heat if you plan on taking them apart again for some odd reason.

Yeah you can reuse the stock glue but I always add a little just make sure. And just so every one knows the turn signal light is NOT round. It is oblonged a bit tword the out side of the car. I have a set of real 99 spec lights that I have taken apart and use for a templete.

That's not oblong, the turn signal circle is smaller and not centered but level with the bottom of the brake circles.
There was someone that did it in carbon fiber a while back. That was tight looking but my favorite is #1 of the LED above, allthough I would want them in red and not amber. I don't understand why that company is so expensive. The have cheap Alteza style ones for cheap on ebay and yahoo auctions.
