white smoke and other problems
Hi, im new here but I already have some problems. I just installed a motor I picked up from a local rx7 owner. On start up and at idle white smoke comes out the exhaust. I know its not a coolant seal, it passed the bubble test and the smoke does not smell sweet. I thought it might be the oil control rings but there is no oil in the downpipe or in the intercooler pipes nor does the exhaust smell like oil. The exhaust just has a strong exhaust smell/maybe fuel smell. The plugs are carbon black with no oil on them. I included a pic of the leading plugs. The car has been sitting for 4 years so i emptied the bad gas from the tank and filled it with good gas and premixed. The engine sounds and runs strong. It starts up good hot or cold. I just don’t know what the smoke is.
One more thing I installed a clutch master cylinder and it doesn’t seem like it holds pressure. I pump like crazy but it goes to the floor. Is there a special way to bleed the clutch?
Thanks for all the help.

Sir Braps A lot
the plugs are fouling out by the looks of it, your premix is a little much if your running the OMP. try 1/2oz per gallon and change the plugs. to much premix will cause the car to smoke some.

when the cars running does it smell like burning oil or smell like fuel, you should be able to smell the difference. Im leaning more towards to much fuel. Do you have different fuel system or the standard one?
as for the clutch, did you bleed the clutch with a mate? e.g he sits in the car and pushes the pedal down when the bleed niple is open?
