White smoke
this is the problem
when i start the car up from cold the car runs fine as it starts to heat up to temp white smoke starts to come out the exhaust and it just gets worse and worse the longer i leave it running.
then i rev it and it starts to misfire slightly and the street is full of white smoke
any idea any 1
to me it smells like water mixed with normal exhaust fumes if that helps

As mentioned above do a coolant pressure test. The champagne test works but is less definitive. Another quick test you can look at is when doing to champagne test, watch the coolant reservoir when you start the car, if coolant explodes out of the neck as you fire the car up you most likely have a bad coolant seal.
If the exhaust smells sweet and just keeps getting thicker white smoke, rejoice, you have a coolant leak and need a rebuild (its not worth getting upset, it is what it is...). Up-side is you can take this opportunity to get a very nice engine build and update any other things in the bay with new oem parts as you go. I had the same thing happen to me a little over a year ago.

i may have clipped the water seal when building it last year but i never kept it running for long so never would have none till now the car has not been on the road yet
quick question for all what do you think of the following items
http://www.pineappleracing.com/cooli...estercspt.aspx
http://www.pineappleracing.com/hdwat...fdrews5re.aspx
my apex seals are new 2piece
new bearings
new eccentric shaft
1x new gear rear plate
1x rear plate
all new apex springs
new corner seals
so i only need the water seal kit and exhaust gasket

The pineapple racing pressure tester is a good tool after building an engine. But not what you are after for the purpose of testing the engine before removing it to confirm a coolant leak. That tester should be available at your local auto parts store for rental or purchase at places like Sears or Harbor Freight.
I can recommend the Pineapple racing water seals. I know MANY individuals as well as professional engine builders use them in builds. They are one of the few non-oem items that I have seen most professional builders use. I am definitely NOT a professional engine builder. That being said, after all the research I did before building my engine I decided they were the best thing I could use for coolant seals. But that is just my opinion.
Correct if all of your other seals were just replaced they SHOULD be ok. I would most definitely check them over well, clearance them, and make sure I replace them in the same location I took them from.
You really need to make sure you know WHY the seal failed this early. Maybe it was due to incorrect assembly, but it could also be something else. Just look everything over and take it all apart carefully so the failure can be identified as well as justified.

i think it may have been incorrect assembly i built engine twice in 1 day due to i thort i may have put the oil springs on backwards
mabe in the rush i could have caught the water seal o well
