Where's Waldo ... er solenoids?

Guys,

In an effort to find cracked or popped off vacuum hoses that could lead to boost spike, I need to find where under the hood are these solenoid valves. I've explained my way high boost before. I think its more than just a mp with stock ECU, but that will be delt with later.

My cousin said that when the current engine was installed he immediately saw (way too much) higher boost. I'm thinking a hose was missed, damaged, or was pulled off during the engine install. And that's the main contributor to my boost spike. I want to fix the spike first, then I'll deal with boost creep later. So help me find the solenoids in my attached picture(s). Thanks.

Right behind the black plastic pressure tank.

The Factory Service Manual also shows it in section F, page 93.

I'll check the FSM. I'm not at my car right now. I guess I'll have to remove the pressure tank, to check the hoses. Right?

Yes, the tank is held by 2 10mm bolts.
