I connected it to this tube that I found that looked like it went too.
The tube runs to the air intake on the turbos...
So now it looks like this.
I dont want to start the car up until i know if this is right or not. I dont want to do any damage.

thats is your pcv line that goes to the large nipple on your upper intake manifold. it just does a 90 off of the oil fill tower pretty much. the line coming up from the turbo inlet goes to your vacum rack...

On 93-94s, there are two lines to the oil filler neck -- one goes to the PCV valve and the UIM. The other goes to primary turbo intake. On 95s, the PCV line does not exist and is capped off.
EDIT -- At least I THINK so. They changed the crankcase ventilation a little with the 95s. On 95s, I know the line runs straight from the oil filler neck to the primary turbo intake. Perhaps on 93-94s, it doesn't.

I just connected the tubing to the turbo intake, and now I am getting no smoke on hard accelarations or the smoke coming out of the tail pipe while cruising.
I feel a lot better now. Now I just need to see if it stay consistent.
